By accessing and using the services of Skyline Innovations Tech Inc ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Skyline Innovations Tech Inc provides technology consulting, software development, artificial intelligence solutions, cloud computing services, network security, and innovation research & development services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements.
Users agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete information; (b) maintain the confidentiality of account credentials; (c) use services only for lawful purposes; (d) not interfere with or disrupt our services; (e) comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
All content, software, code, designs, graphics, and materials provided by the Company are protected by intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, all intellectual property rights remain with Skyline Innovations Tech Inc. Clients receive a limited license to use deliverables as specified in service agreements.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the course of service provision. This obligation continues for a period of 5 years after termination of services unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyline Innovations Tech Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all client expectations unless specifically guaranteed in writing.
Either party may terminate services upon written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. Certain obligations, including confidentiality and intellectual property provisions, survive termination.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
